TURNING DEPARTMENT
The department has top technology CNC turning centers, able to perform particularly complex machining processes. There are 18 lathes that allow us to machine diameters measuring up to Ø800 mm on horizontal machining centers, and up to Ø840 mm on vertical lathes

At C.R. we carry out precision milling and boring processes . Thanks to constant technology investments, our machines guarantee accurate definition and high quality products: we can machine any kind of component.

GRINDING
Grinding is a machining process carried out internally by C.R. with the help of state of the art machines. This is the reason why it is possible to supply our customers with a product that fully complies with their needs and expectations. We even have cylindrical and surface grinders of different sizes, all with CNC systems.

The entire productive process is carried out internally from raw material cutting to the complete product; we work both alloy and non-alloy steel and aluminum. The company’s structure and organization allow us to work on behalf of enduring and discerning guests. Requests can either cover the production of small lots or of complete planned series encompassing mechanical machining and surface treatments.

ASSEMBLING
It’s the final service that makes our customers have the complete turnkey supply. Every assembly is set up and tested according to the best procedure available on the market. Besides the assembling of mechanical sub-assemblies on behalf of third parties, we can carry out the assembling of complete mechanical machinery, wiring, pneumatic and hydraulic machinery up to quality control
