We have dedicated software for our financial administration, for the calculation of production costs, for the development and management of orders and the monitoring of production.
Thanks also to the experience we built working along with certified long-term customers, the whole production process is controlled by a quality control system, guaranteeing the product compliance to the customers’ needs: a test certificate can also be issued on request. Transport and high quality deliveries involve in-depth knowledge of the needs of both the sender and the receiver: C.R. customers walk together through a path of mutual knowledge, so that the priority becomes that of getting the best final result. At the end of production, the goods are packed in our warehouses holding on to their shipment to the customer.
The CNC machines are connected to a CAD-CAM system. For the most complex operations, where the operator cannot intervene on the machine, the technical office assisted by dedicated software (Autocad or CAD-CAM such as SolidWorks and Featurecam) carries out the design and the respective programming directly from the desk. An updated networking information system assists all the activities regarding the production, the quality system and the company administration.
